Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, contact us at info@aghavni.co.
United States
We are offer a flat rate of $6.50 for domestic shipping via USPS within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International
We currently offer shipping to Canadian and Australian residents via USPS with the following 3 options:
- First Class Package International
- Priority Mail Express International
- Priority Mail International
Shipping rates will vary depending on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please note that duties and taxes may be applied to your shipment that are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Aghavni cannot advise estimated costs. To learn more, please contact your local customs office or postal carrier. Note that Aghavni will not be able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Transit and Delivery
Once packages are handed to USPS, we are not responsible for their transit or delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we are not able to replace or re-issue a new order. Please contact USPS regarding lost or delayed packages, as we have no control over orders once they leave our office.
Cancellation
Once orders have been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders.
